Cabbage (Patta Gobi): Cabbage is native to Europe and has found its way into Indian kitchens, where it is used in dishes like Cabbage Sabzi and Cabbage Kofta.

French Beans: French beans are not native to India but are commonly used in Indian cooking. They are often included in mixed vegetable dishes and curries.
