Apple Donuts


Take an apple, some nut powder, nut butter, dry fruits and some chia seeds. Cut the apple into round shapes. Use a small round shaped lid to remove the seeds from the center of the apple. Place the open side of the lid on the seeds and apply slight pressure. The seeds will come out. In this way it will appear donut shaped. Apply nut butter, dry fruits powder and chia seeds on top of the apple. Apple donut is ready.

Savory topping


For the savory topping, take some chopped carrots, cream cheese, thick curd, flax seeds and a pinch of black pepper. Mix cream cheese and thick curd together well. Add some flax seeds and a pinch of black pepper on top. Serve with carrots or vegetables as a spread or dip.
